We are very dissatisfied with this company. We have had personal contact with Jeff Sharp a number of times, he came out once then no longer answered the phone or returned our calls. Yesterday his contracted crew was out and afterwards we called with no response. A number of our neighbors came out to discuss the problems with the job to the crew. This is on-going with ZERO results. Lawn services should know how to do the job and what they need to do the job correctly. If they do damage and they do, they do not fix or report it. When they use the trimmer they trim right to the dirt killing the grass. When they are completed the grass is all different lengths and they damage the grass with the big machines turning them around. They make turns on the rocks, shooting rocks everywhere and they do not clean them up and continue to do this all over the neighborhood. They are to lift the drains and then put them down when they are done, but they run over them or when they lift them they do not put them back down. When they trim around the houses they hit the siding and crack or chip it and just move on. All of this has been reported to the company and he says it was someone else. Well our Homeowners Association has only had this one company doing/contracting the work. If you contract workers, you should be responsible for the quality of the work. The lawns should look better when they are done, especially when the name of the company is Tailored Lawns Inc.
The snow removal is no better, don't get me started on that.
If we were taken seriously of our complaints this would not be necessary. People get tired of being brushed aside or treated like we have no right to be upset or complain. If we pay for a job to be done, we expect it to be done right after all if these people hired the job to be done for them they would expect a complete and well done job or want to know why.
