How long have you been in business?
Our company was created in 2009 however we have over 50 years of combined plumbing and drain cleaning experience along with our professional plumbers and drain technicians.
What is your primary product or service?
We offer plumbing and drain cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Plumbing services repair and installation of toilets, faucets, sinks, tubs, hot water heaters, water softeners, and many more. Our drain cleaning services include, cable, jetting, pumping, video camera inspection, back flow testing and much more! We will soon carry preventative products and other amazing products to help you save money!
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My father owned a drain cleaning company while I was growing up. At the young age of 9, I was assisting my dad on service calls, learning everything my dad was trying to teach me. At 25 years old, I was appointed to run his business for over 15 years. My father taught me to work hard, be professional and offer the best quality services to my clients so that is what I strive for every day.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Not only do we offer fast, affordable and reliable plumbing and drain cleaning services, We have also implemented our Referral Program which rewards anyone who refers us which leads to a service call, will be entered into our monthly drawing for a gift card! We also have a CARE FOR CHARITY page on our website in which we donate to various charities. American Cancer Society is close to our hearts since my mother lost her battle to cancer. We are helping in the fight against Cancer and you help us anytime you use our services.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location in the Omaha Metropolitan area however are always looking to the future.
