Equipment Leasing Services. We work with A, B, and C - Credit customers; we finance all types of equipment.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have been in the banking industry for years, have a financial background and enjoy helping companies save money and conserve working capital. I get a sense of satisfaction with every finance / lease completed!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I differentiate my self and my company from my competitors with the personal service and attention. Many of my customers are referrals from past clients!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I have one location located at 14301 First National Bank Parkway, Suite 100 in Omaha, NE 68154. I do not intend to open other locations anytime soon. I have been very successful with one location.

What type of payments do you accept?
On an Equipment Financing we normally ask for 1st and Last payment as security. We accept a business check for payment.
Which areas do you service?
I prefer to work with clients within 100 mile radius of Omaha; however we continually work with clients nationwide. Working with clients locally gives us the ability to meet everyone in person, and provide great service.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Lease Genie is owned 100% by its current President, Barbara Craig and is a registered and qualified "Women Owned" business under the Small Business Administration guidelines.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm; I will work with companies on the weekend if needed. I am here to help my clients!
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
For never giving-up and negotiating the best lease terms and payment of any lease company.
